About the Program
The Cardinal Belles are a dance/drill team that perform at JPII athletic events, compete dances at drill team contests, and perform in the annual Spring Show.  The Director of the Cardinal Belles is Mrs. Bethany Ralston.  The Belles practice everyday, all year long.  During the fall, the drill team performs at JPII Varsity Football games and pep rallies.  In the winter, the Belles compete in different Regional, State, and National dance competitions, as well as perform at JPII Varsity Basketball games and pep rallies.  In the spring, the drill team hosts/performs at the annual Spring Show.  The Cardinal Belles Spring Show consists of performances from the Belles, JPII dance classes, Spirit Boys, Cheerleaders, and other various talent acts.  Being on the Cardinal Belles drill team means joining a sisterhood of passionate and hard working girls.


Coaching Philosophy
My coaching philosophy is centered around the students and creating an environment where they can succeed, be challenged, and have fun.  The Belles have an incredible work ethic and are passionate about each other and performing well.  We take every practice as an opportunity to push each other to be our best, and make lasting memories as a family.


Program Goals
Our goal is to create a program that is not only successful at competitions, but is an exciting and fun environment to learn new skills, make new friendships, and push yourself to be the best version of you.  We strive to work harder, perform better, and have more fun every year.  Our success is measured not by where we ended up, but by the journey it took us to get there.  Our competition quote this year is "Why settle for ordinary, when you can work to be extraordinary?"  When the Belles leave this program they have gained an incredible work ethic, a respect for their peers and leaders, and a passion for working alongside their best friends.
