PLANO:  The Varsity Lacrosse Team defeated Bishop Lynch in a low scoring affair on Thursday, enduring the cold and wind to earn their second victory this season.  The Cardinals opened up the scoring when senior Zach Murphy beat his man and sent one past the keeper's head to make things 1-0.  The Cardinals added to their lead when Murphy found the back of the net again, beating the keeper low and to the left.  The Cardinals were aided by a great performance from senior goalkeeper Lucas Johnston who saved all 13 Friar shot attempts to preserve the shutout.  The Cardinals are back in action on Wednesday when they travel to Trinity Valley School to take on the Trojans at 6:30pm.
