Kendall, known as Coach Bass, is in her sixth year as a Sports Performance Coach at JPII, where she inspires Cardinal athletes to reach their full potential. Raised in Frisco, Kendall discovered her passion for sports early on, showcasing exceptional talent at Frisco High School. Now living in Farmers Branch with her six-year-old daughter, Emersyn, she skillfully balances her personal life with her commitment to coaching.

Kendall's athletic journey began in Frisco, where she competed in various sports. She continued her track and field career with a Division 1 scholarship to Sam Houston State University, where she distinguished herself as a standout athlete. She was a four-time All-Southland Conference performer, earning accolades such as the 2008 Southland Conference Women’s Field Athlete of the Year and the 2008 Outdoor Champion in Shot Put. Additionally, she was an NCAA Regional Qualifier in 2006, 2007, and 2008, contributing significantly to her team's five Southland Conference Championships. In recognition of her achievements, Kendall was inducted into the Hall of Honor at Sam Houston State University in November 2017.

Kendall began her strength and conditioning career with internships at Washington State University and Sam Houston State University, where she developed her skills in training athletes. After her impressive track and field career, she transitioned to Olympic-style weightlifting, achieving remarkable milestones, including becoming the Texas State Champion in Austin in 2009, the National Collegiate Champion that same year, and the 2009 Arnold Weightlifting National Champion, where she finished fifth overall among both men and women competitors. She also secured third place at the U.S. National Weightlifting Championships in Chicago in 2009.

With a unique blend of personal experience and professional expertise, Coach Bass is passionate about helping athletes develop their skills, build confidence, and achieve their goals both on and off the field.
