LEWISVILLE:  The Varsity Water Polo Teams played in the Flower Mound Marcus Invitational on Saturday, squaring off against some quality local public school teams.  The Girls Team improved their record with an opening game tie with Irving, 9-9.  The Girls dropped their second game to Denton Ryan, final score 4-9.  The Boys Team struggled in their opening game against Lake Highlands, 1-12, but showed heart and gave great effort in their second matchup of the day, a 4-14 loss to Rockwall Heath.  The Varsity Water Polo Teams are back in action again this weekend as they travel back to Denton for a pair of doubleheaders.  The Varsity Girls play early at 8:00am vs Lewisville then 9:30am vs Flower Mound, and the Varsity Boys play at 10:15am vs Denton Ryan followed by an afternoon matchup at 1:15pm vs Lewisville.
