Fred Kaiser

Fred Kaiser is in his fourth year as the Head Boys Varsity Soccer Coach at John Paul II High School. 

In his time at John Paul II, his teams have won three District Titles (back-to-back 23-24 and 24-25), had four Regional Tournament appearances, three State Tournament appearances, two State Championship appearances, and won the schools first Boys Soccer State Championship (23-24 Season). 

Coach Kaiser has been named TAPPS District Coach of the year three times, United Soccer Coaches (USC) Coach of the Year (State of Texas) once, USC Regional Coach of the Year (Winter) once, and received the prestigious USC Presidential Recognition Award at the 2025 United Soccer Coaches National Convention. 

Coach Kaiser is also the United Soccer Coaches Texas State Chair (Boys) for High School All-America.

Prior to joining John Paul II High School, Coach Kaiser spent 14 seasons at Frisco Liberty High school, where he was a four- time District Coach of the Year, two- time Texas Association of Soccer Coaches (TASCO) Region II State Coach of the Year, and two- time TASCO Senior All-Star Coach from Region II. He also served on the TASCO Board of Directors.

Coach Kaiser has also served as a coach at Princeton High School (TX), Norman High School (OK), Mojave High School (NV) and Tempe Preparatory Academy (AZ). 

Coach Kaiser has been blessed to coach many talented players, who have gone on to play college soccer at every level (NJCAA, NAIA, and NCAA) and several who moved on to the professional level in US (NPSL, ULS, MLS) and Europe (Liga 3, Liga Portugal 2, Liga Portugal)

As a soccer coach, Coach Kaiser's teams have amassed a record of 331-151-56. 

Coach Kaiser received his BA from UNLV and MBA in Accounting from the University of Phoenix. 

Coach Kaiser lives in Frisco with his wife Samantha, his sons Hayden and Colton, and his two dogs Kota (German Shepherd) and Lilly (Great Dane).
