Once you have downloaded the app, you need to create an account before you Login with Facebook or Login with Email. 

Open the app and click "Skip" on the login page, and then click on the "You" silhouette icon in the bottom right hand corner. 

At the top of the page, click "Create an Account" and enter in your name, email, and password, then click "Register". 

After you have created your account, you can follow individual teams by clicking the green "+" by each sport you want to follow. 

You will now receive push notifications with news and final scores for each sport that you follow.
